A referral lead is a real person your customer has nominated by filling in the nudgey referral form. Not a click. Not an SMS sent. A genuine contact who's been referred to you — someone you can actually call. If leads aren't landing, you're not getting charged.
What happens after my 3 free leads? +
We'll email you and prompt you to add a card. Until you do, your account stays active but new SMS sends are paused. Nothing automatic — you decide when to continue. No surprise charges.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes. Cancel any time from your account — no notice period, no cancellation fee. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export anything you need.
What if I go over my SMS limit? +
